Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good, working condition and include all original accessories (USB-C cable, manuals) and original packaging. Items that are visibly damaged, abused, or missing components will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at contact.nuviora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, you do not need to return it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue, and we will send a free replacement immediately.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
